Educational purpose
Use this platform for learning, teaching, and authorized school administration. Public samples and independent personal tutoring for ages 13+ do not require school authorization. Personal tutoring accounts save only their own new work; they do not import or unlock school or family records. Parent-managed home learning follows its separate consent and verification process. School authorization is required before real school-managed student records are used. An account, class code, or acceptance of these terms does not constitute district approval or legal consent.
Acceptable use
Access only your own records or those assigned to your authorized role. Do not share credentials, attempt to access other classes, upload unnecessary personal information, run protected personal surveys, sell student data, target advertising, or create commercial profiles. Report suspected unauthorized access to the operator and school.
Records and responsibility
Schools control the education records supplied for school purposes. The platform uses records only for authorized services. School agreements, applicable law, provider contracts, and the privacy notices govern permitted processing and retention. These terms do not replace a data-protection agreement, waive student rights, or certify compliance. Platform administration has cross-class account and operational support access. Campus and district privacy grants provide limited, expiring access to operational privacy-case metadata within the specified organization; administrative status alone does not grant access to academic work, grades, or support details.
