Accuracy and scored-item counts describe only the selected checks, not mastery. A small number of items is limited evidence. Select a group to plan instruction. Gray means no scored evidence, not a zero.

Uses the latest completed check per student, subject, assessment type, and unit. Accuracy is weighted by scored items. Accuracy bands describe the selected checks, not mastery. Diagnostic, unit-quiz, and cumulative results are kept separate. Small samples guide instruction; they do not establish STAAR performance. Written work and simulation outcomes are reported separately.
